At Granny Pickles, we are committed to delivering high-quality, homemade pickles crafted with care and tradition. Please read the following policies to understand your rights as a customer and our responsibilities as a seller.

1. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in the following situations:

  • The product is damaged during transit
  • You received the wrong item

To request a refund, please:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photo or video evidence of the damaged or incorrect item

Once verified and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting us directly via email or phone.
  • After this window, cancellations are not allowed, as the product may already be in preparation or dispatch.

3. Payment Policy

  • We accept secure online payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and other trusted payment gateways.
  • Full payment must be made at the time of order placement.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time.
  • All payment transactions are encrypted and handled through secure third-party providers.

4. Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of pickles, we do not accept returns.
Please ensure proper storage of the product as per the provided guidelines to maintain quality.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, notify us within 24 hours of delivery for resolution.
